Siding Guidelines

Below are general guidelines for siding materials and colors within The Meadowlands neighborhood. The intent of these guidelines is to maintain a cohesive appearance throughout the community while still allowing for reasonable flexibility.

Please note that any lists of materials or colors provided by the HOA are not all inclusive. Product lines, color names, and availability change over time, and newer options may be considered. Homeowners should use any provided examples as a general reference, not a strict or exhaustive list. All siding requests will be reviewed by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) on a case-by-case basis to determine whether they are consistent with the overall character of the neighborhood.

General Considerations

When submitting a request, the ACC will typically consider:

  • Overall consistency with surrounding homes
  • Color tone and compatibility with the neighborhood
  • Material quality and durability
  • Avoidance of highly contrasting or non-traditional color schemes

The ACC has full discretion in determining whether a proposed siding plan is appropriate and may grant variances where appropriate.
